- 1.Heat a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
- 2.Add the garlic, ginger, and onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3.Add the carrots, peas, and bell pepper and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 4.Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 5.Push the rice to the sides of the wok or pan to create a well in the center.
- 6.Crack the eggs into the well and fry until crispy.
- 7.Stir the eggs into the rice and add the soy sauce.
- 8.Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined.
- 9.Serve hot and enjoy!
