- 1.Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the tofu and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 2.Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- 3.Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
- 4.In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, and 1/4 cup of water.
- 5.Add the tofu back to the skillet and pour the sauce over everything. Cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
