- 1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and dissolved cornstarch. Set aside.
- 2.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3.Add beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 4.In the same skillet, add garlic, broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
