- 2.In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add tofu and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- 3.Add peppers and onion to the pan and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- 4.Add tofu back to the pan and pour sauce over everything. Cook until sauce has thickened and everything is coated, about 2-3 minutes.
