- 1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2.In a large skillet, cook the onion until softened. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.
- 3.Add the squirrel meat and herbs to the skillet and cook until heated through.
- 4.Place one of the pie crusts in a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the squirrel mixture into the crust. Place the other pie crust on top and crimp the edges to seal.
- 5.Cut a few slits in the top of the pie crust to allow steam to escape.
- 6.Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
