  1. 1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2.In a large skillet, cook the onion until softened. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.
  3. 3.Add the squirrel meat and herbs to the skillet and cook until heated through.
  4. 4.Place one of the pie crusts in a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the squirrel mixture into the crust. Place the other pie crust on top and crimp the edges to seal.
  5. 5.Cut a few slits in the top of the pie crust to allow steam to escape.
