- 1.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 2.In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
- 3.Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each fillet is coated evenly. Let the fish marinate for about 10 minutes.
- 4.Grill the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
