- 1.In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha, and cornstarch.
- 2.In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the tofu and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3.Add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- 4.Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- 5.Add the tofu back to the skillet and pour the sauce over everything. Cook until the sauce has thickened and everything is coated, about 2 minutes.
