- 1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, and cornstarch.
 - 2.In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
 - 3.Add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
 - 4.Return beef to skillet and add the sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
 - 5.Serve hot over rice or noodles.
