- 2.In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, green pepper, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

- 4.In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
