  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2.Place the soaked lutefisk in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  3. 3.Bake for 1 hour or until the lutefisk is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. 4.While the lutefisk is baking, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5.Prepare the white sauce by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. 6.Gradually whisk in milk until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7.To serve, place a portion of lutefisk on a plate, along with some boiled potatoes.
  8. 8.Drizzle melted butter and white sauce over the lutefisk and potatoes.
  9. 9.Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lingonberry jam on the side.
