  1. 1.In a large bowl, mix together the masa harina and warm water until a soft dough forms.
  2. 2.Roll the dough into golf ball-sized balls and use your fingers to press a well into the center of each ball.
  3. 3.Fill each well with your desired filling (refried beans and cheese, cheese and loroco, or pork and cheese).
  4. 4.Fold the dough over the filling and use your hands to flatten the ball into a disc.
  5. 5.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pupusas for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6.Serve hot with curtido and tomato salsa.
