- 1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- 2.In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs and half of the teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
