Out of This World Meteorite Dust Cake

• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 tsp meteorite dust

1. 1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2.In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. 3.Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. 4.Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan.
5. 5.Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
6. 6.Sprinkle meteorite dust over the top of the cake before serving.
