- 1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water until smooth.
- 2.Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 3.Add remaining tablespoon of oil to skillet. Add garlic, red bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 4.Add broccoli and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 5.Return beef to skillet. Pour sauce over top and stir-fry until sauce thickens and coats everything, about 1-2 minutes.
- 6.Serve over rice or noodles.
