- 1.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Beyond Meat chicken strips and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until crispy and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 2.In the same skillet, add the tempeh strips and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until crispy and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3.To assemble the salad, divide the mixed greens between four plates. Top with the Beyond Meat chicken strips, tempeh bacon, and sliced hard-boiled eggs. Add sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, and any other veggies or toppings you like. Drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
