  1. 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2.In a large Dutch oven, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  3. 3.Season chicken legs with salt and pepper. In the same Dutch oven, brown chicken on all sides, about 8 minutes total. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. 4.Add onions and mushrooms to the Dutch oven and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
