- 1.In a large bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- 2.Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until slightly softened.
- 3.Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned on all sides.
- 4.Add the tomatoes and french fries and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the tomatoes are slightly softened.
- 5.Serve the Lomo Saltado over a bed of rice.
