  1. 1.In a large bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and paprika.
  2. 2.Add the meat to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. 3.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the meat marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
  4. 4.When ready to cook, preheat your grill to high heat.
  5. 5.Remove the meat from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  6. 6.Grill the meat for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
