- 1.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water.
- 2.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 3.Add broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, snow peas, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- 4.Add tofu back to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Cook until sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
- 5.Serve hot over rice or noodles.
