- 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- 2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 3.In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- 4.Add the meatballs back to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- 5.Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked gluten-free spaghetti. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
