  1. 1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2.In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, seasoned ground beef, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well.
  3. 3.Pour half of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread the pasta mixture over the sauce. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the pasta mixture. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  4. 4.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
