- 1.In a small bowl, whisk together the tamari, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
- 2.In a large wok or skillet, heat some oil over high heat. Add the chicken or shrimp and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- 3.Add a bit more oil to the pan and add the garlic, stirring for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the bell pepper and snap peas and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- 4.Add the chicken or shrimp back to the pan, along with the sauce. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens and everything is well-coated, about 1-2 minutes.
- 5.Serve over brown rice.
