- 1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- 2.In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour mixture over crust in pan.
- 3.Bake for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- 4.For the chocolate sauce, heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth.
