- 1.In a large pot, bring 1 gallon of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add dandelion petals, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- 2.Cover and let sit for 24 hours.

- 4.Cover and let sit for an additional 24 hours.
- 5.Strain mixture through a cheesecloth and transfer to a large glass jug with an airlock. Let sit for 2-3 months, until the wine is clear and no longer fermenting.
