  4. 4.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. 5.Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges start to look set, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6.Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown on both sides.
