- 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded coconut, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, coconut milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until thoroughly combined.
- 2.Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
- 3.Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- 4.Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, followed by a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and a spoonful of mango chutney. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
