  1. 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded coconut, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, coconut milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until thoroughly combined.
  2. 2.Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. 3.Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. 4.Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, followed by a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, and a spoonful of mango chutney. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
