  1. 1.In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy.

  6. 6.Repeat with another layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. 7.Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  8. 8.Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
