  1. 1.Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2.In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add the shrimp and stir-fry until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3.Push the shrimp to one side of the wok and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until set, then mix with the shrimp.
  4. 4.Add the soaked rice noodles to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until heated through. Add the bean sprouts and green onions and stir-fry for another minute.
  5. 5.Pour the Pad Thai sauce over the noodles and toss to combine. Serve hot, garnished with chopped peanuts and lime wedges.
