  1. 1.Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2.In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add the shrimp and stir-fry until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3.Push the shrimp to one side of the wok and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until set, then mix with the shrimp.
