- 1.Preheat oven to 325°F.
- 2.Cook bacon in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

- 8.Add pearl onions and mushrooms to the Dutch oven and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9.Serve over mashed potatoes.
