- 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
- 3.Add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and flour to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
- 4.Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 6 circles. Spoon the beef mixture onto one half of each circle, leaving a small border around the edge. Brush the edges with egg and fold the pastry over to enclose the filling. Press the edges together to seal.
- 5.Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with egg and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
