- 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2.In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- 3.Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 4.Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Simmer until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- 5.Roll out one of the pie crusts and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the beef mixture into the pie crust.
- 6.Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the beef mixture. Crimp the edges of the pie crusts together to seal.
- 7.Cut a few slits in the top of the pie crust to allow steam to escape.
- 8.Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- 9.Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
lightbulb_outline Tips
- If you don't have beef broth, you can use chicken or vegetable broth instead.
- You can also add some frozen peas and carrots to the beef mixture for some extra veggies.
