- 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, and spices. Mix well.
- 2.Place a small spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges together to seal.
- 3.In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 4.While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the tomato and yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5.To serve, place the dumplings on a plate and spoon the tomato and yogurt sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped mint.
